Due to shipping complexities, shipping is set to three categories:
1. Standard parcel postage - the cost will be calculated at checkout and the item will be sent via a recorded service, usually with Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

We cannot accept refunds on taxidermy items. You should therefore ensure you are happy with the item prior to purchase. Additional photos can be sent if needed.
If any return is agreed, you are responsible for the goods' safe return within 7 days prior to any refund being made.
Damage in transit must be reported immediately and the item returned at your expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the 'My Account' menu, and click the 'Return Item(s)' button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
